I am Licensed in both NYS as a LMHC and GA as an LPC. I started helping those because at a young age I wanted my feelings and thoughts to be heard and didn’t have a space to comfortably express myself. I wanted to give back and give those who need a space one that I wish I had.
Populations I have served are children through adults. But I mainly like to focus on working with teens (16-18), young adults (19-22) and adulthood (23+).
I excel in working with those for Anxiety, Depression, and those adjusting to life changes (ex. starting college, newfound adulthood, finding yourself after the loss of a relationship, etc).
Hi, I’m Tulsa Peters.

Gestalt
A Gestalt therapist focuses on present-moment awareness, bodily sensations, and the therapeutic relationship to help clients gain insight into their patterns and take personal responsibility. Descriptions often emphasize being a "process-oriented," "active," and "relational" therapist who uses dialogue and experimentation to foster authentic contact.
Eclectic
a flexible, customized approach to psychotherapy where therapists integrate techniques from various, evidence-based theoretical models—such as CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapy—to fit the specific needs, personality, and goals of each client.
