Get to Know Me

I am Licensed in both NYS as a LMHC and GA as an LPC. I use a solution-focused, person centered, narrative and existential approach to therapy; but I’m also eclectic and make sure that you receive the treatment you want and need. I am also a first generation American (Trinidadian), so a multicultural approach is typically used when approaching certain issues. I am very eclectic in my approach as well and will work on tailoring the experience to every client I meet.

Populations I have served are children through adults. But I mainly like to focus on working with teens (13-18), young adults (19-22) and adulthood (23+).

I excel in working with those for Anxiety, Depression, and those adjusting to life changes (ex. starting college, newfound adulthood, finding yourself after the loss of a relationship, etc).

About Therapy With Me ✨

Individual Therapy

You can start with a 15 minute consultation to get to know me and see if we are a good fit (via Headway).

Then we begin with 30 - 60 minute sessions ; weekly.

Once therapeutic rapport (or a relationship between therapist and client) is built; comfortability will follow and a safe space will be created. Most people feel like they spent the hour talking to their best friend who helps you realize things you did not think about or see. But eventually you will leave feeling like you are finding more about yourself and have a better grasp on how you handle life’s issues.

Telehealth Sessions

Currently sessions will only be via Telehealth.

Once an office has been obtained, we will make a move towards in-person sessions in Georgia.
